Alphacruncher reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Website in case of any violation of the above listed terms. 

Users who access the Website through a trial subscription are also obliged to act in accordance with the Terms And Conditions of Use. Alphacruncher does not take any responsibility for the content of the Trial Users and reserves the right to immediately and without any warning suspend Trial Users and remove their content in case they exhibit suspicious usage patterns signalling illicit use.

Swiss law shall apply exclusively to these Terms and Conditions of Use and any disputes arising under or in connection with the relationship between Alphacruncher and the Users.
